River Hamble – 3/16

River Hamble

It was a cold and slightly frosty day when we had a walk down to one of my favourite places at River Hamble. It is an about 3 miles walk from home but we only found this out after we had been to two different start points for walks in Manor Country Park by car. Driving to either Botley or somewhere between Hedge End and Bursledon made it look further than it actually is.

Manor Country Park offers walks, a little farm, a cafĂ©, an adventure playground, BBQs and much more. It’s up to you what you want to do there. Even the long distance Strawberry Trail is crossing the country park. Loving nature and long walks? Wanna walk your dog? Have a day out with your family? – It suits all.

We go there to get a bit of fresh air, enjoy nature and see the river. Last Saturday the river was particularly quiet and the sun came out which allowed me to capture a few amazing reflections. This picture is only one of them.

...you will find a pot of gold. The truth is that none has ever found the end of the rainbow or the promised pot of gold. I haven't found them either but I have found many wonderful places during my travels in Europe. Come follow me and see the world with my eyes. Whenever I think I have found the most wonderful place, I know that I will continue to search, discover and travel. I know that I will find new places and that I will again think that they are the most wonderful places that I've ever seen. This a personal project where I want to share my travel experience, passion for photography and creativity with you.
