Moon Rise at Prinsted Beach 46/16

Moon Rise Prinsted Beach

A while ago I posted one of my pictures that had been accepted for an exhibition – Boat at Thornham Marina. This is not the only one! I submitted a second one which also got accepted and here it is!

The exhibition has different categories of pictures, all taken in the Chichester Harbour area. My two entries are both pictures taken in the same area on the same walk but not on the same day. A lovely walk, starting in Prinsted, continuing to Thornham Marina, along the North of Thorney Island and back to Prinsted in a large circle. The walk has a mixture of small foot paths, wider paths and tarmac roads.

This picture was taken at Prinsted beach on a warm summer night. The day being to hot for any activities, we went out for a walk a bit later watching the moon rise to the east and the sunset to the west. All I can say, beautiful nature and a wonderful memory of a romantic walk.

If you are interested and local to the Chichester area you can see my pictures and the ones of many other at the Upper Deck at Chichester Yacht Club, 15th-20th November from 10am – 4pm. Free entry, parking and refreshments are available. For more info click here.

...you will find a pot of gold. The truth is that none has ever found the end of the rainbow or the promised pot of gold. I haven't found them either but I have found many wonderful places during my travels in Europe. Come follow me and see the world with my eyes. Whenever I think I have found the most wonderful place, I know that I will continue to search, discover and travel. I know that I will find new places and that I will again think that they are the most wonderful places that I've ever seen. This a personal project where I want to share my travel experience, passion for photography and creativity with you.
