The Patsalos House is housing the Museum of Popular Art in Lefkara (Cyprus). It shows traditional art, mainly traditional embroidery for which Lefkara is famous. As a building it represents a for the area typical 19th century house.
I have to be totally honest, I don’t remember much about the visit to the museum as this is going back 10 years. I think I mainly took the picture because I liked the blue of the house with the orange tree in front of it. It was a short 4 day trip to Lefkara which is in the greek part of Cyprus. I went there as a member of a delegation to attend the annual meeting of the Charter of European Rural Communities.
